You have a statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund up to seven days after the date of your online registration and payment.

You will need to send an email to Elaine Smethurst notifying her of your cancellation or a letter to Elaine Smethurst, Working For A Charity, NCVO, Regent's Wharf, 8 All Saints Street, London N1 9RL.

In addition to your statutory rights - Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - cancellations will be accepted up to 4 weeks before the start of the course.

For the October 2010 course the last date to receive written cancellation will be Friday 18 September 2010. A 15% administration charge will be deducted to cover costs incurred.
