You have a statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund up to seven days after the date of your online registration and payment.

You will need to send an email to workingforacharity@ncvo-vol.org.uk notifying us of your cancellation or a letter to Working For A Charity, NCVO, Regent's Wharf, 8 All Saints Street, London N1 9RL.

In addition to your statutory rights - Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - cancellations will be accepted up to 4 weeks before the start of the course.

For the October 2010 course the last date to receive written cancellation will be Friday 18 September 2010. A 15% administration charge will be deducted to cover costs incurred.
